Cooling off period is a joke - poor service

I requested that a policy be added to my insurance on 7 Oct 2013 of which they did. I then had a change of heart and decided to cancel the added policy on 29 Oct 2013. I was told that the money was already deducted and as such cannot be reversed. I am within my rights to cancel being that I am still int he cooling off period. I then requested that the additional funds be recovered in the following month from my normal contribution, which was denied.

After which I requested to speak to a supervisor, response is supervisor unavailable but will retrun call same day. I then proceeded to ask to be transferred to complaints department, again no-one available but would return my call.

No call or money returned after being a customer for 3 years who has never defaulted on payment.

Poor Service - Would never recommend. If they cant pay you money due to you how will they pay your beneficiaries.

Cancelling!
