I recently took out life insurance with 1life and was assisted by Carmel who was very helpful at the time. However, I have not received the policy document that I requested to be emailed to me. I have been waiting since last week Thursday. I called twice today to follow up and was assured that it would be sent to me. I'm still waiting>>>> Seems to me that once I agreed to take out the policy, follow up service no longer became relevant. I am very aware that there is a cooling off period and am seriously considering cancelling> If this is the type of service I received at the beginning, I dont even want to consider what would happen when I really need them.
