FNB doesnt know when to take a persons number off!

First National Bank, Yes they are probably the best bank out there at the moment but they just do not stop with call centres inundating a person with sales proposals. Where did i sign up for all this. I have requested my number be taken off the list and not 2 weeks later i get a sms saying FNB will be contacting you shortly... This is really unpleasant and i know that it isn't easy to call a person on a cold call so i am not a person to be rude. FNB really looks after there clients and i can certainly say that with pride but they seem to be forgetting that it can start becoming annoying with all these phone calls. FNB makes it so easy to open accounts, if i was interested i would register for it on-line cause i can see it there, i don't need to be called and told i am the part of a a select few to receive this, when it is advertised on the FNB websites without having logged in. Second of all, how can you be told about a policy over the phone and agree to it when you have not had a chance to read any T & C's. The persistence of the last person that called me was not professional, i requested that i get emailed all the information twice... I am delighted to say... I am still waiting
