On Saturday 26 October 2013 I bought some food. I paid with my Capitec debit card for the amount of R178.80. At 11:08 and again at 11:11 the transaction was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds. This was an embarrassment to me in front of all the other clients as there were more than enough funds in my account. On two occasions I sent an email to [Email Removed] but none of my emails was responded on. Seems like their service is getting worse by the day. Please try and see if they would respond to you in this matter.
