Hi. My report is simply too long to fit in here. Basically - simple reversal of double-charged transactions have taken 7 weeks to resolve. Am having no joy even from Resolution Office, branches or any call centres.

In 7 weeks, I have now dealt with 11 people in your organisation, 2 walk in branch visits, 15 phonecalls to 3 call centres, twitter, online secure messaging and now hellopeter. This has cost me in excess of R200 in petrol, parking and telephone cost. What is the cost of these transactions? R71 reversed last week, however within 24hr same charges started appearing again! Problem is, it's ongoing charges, so I cannot just cut my losses on this.

If this is not resolved within 24hrs. I will have to go to the banking ombudsman - but I apparently need a resolution number - which I cannot even get out of your company. I am not happy to wait for another 3-5 working days to be assigned a resolution officer, as I have been given the 3-5 working day scenario (ended up being all) for the past 7 weeks. I need a very senior person to call me to resolve this ASAP.
