I took a loan with Nedbank and have a current account with them, for the past months I have been providing for two households on my own and I have explained and asked for reduction on my installments. Every time I made arrangements for minimum amounts the normal installment, I had told them for now I cannot afford would go off. as well as the minimum amount, when I would call I would be given no satisfactory response and when they would call, if I do not make payment they talk down on me and they do not even verify any details then the initial amount would again go off. Just because I bank with them they feel they can do whatever they want with my personal account. I have three kids and a mother I am supporting on a minimum salary. Again they just called me now and when I brought up the issue the consultant could not even give me an answer just dropped the call. I am changing my account I know I have an account I need to pay but that don't mean they can do whatever in my personal account and turn around and treat me like i'm dirt. It would mean a lot having a bank that helps instead of it's staff mistreating you, it helps where you say or it shows you clearly need it.
