I WAS DOUBLE DEBITED ON MY ACCOUNT, I WENT TO ABSA THE GLEN WHERE I WAS TOLD THAT THE MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED INTO MY ACCOUNT BY END OF BUSINESS YESTERDAY THE 28TH OCTOBER 2013. I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT THE MONEY IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE AND I AM VERY DISGUSTED THAT A BANK THIS BIG WILL TREAT ITS CLIENTS LIKE THIS. I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH THEM FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THIS SORT OF TREATMENT I DO NOT APPRECIATE. IS THIS BECAUSE I AM BLACK THAT I AM BEING TREATED IN THIS MANNER. I HAVE TO PAY MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL FEES WITH THAT MONEY AND NOW I HAVE TO MAKE STUPID EXCUSES. I AM REALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS AND AM GOING TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION. I AM SERIOUSLY GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
