Old Mutual
BAD SERVICE

I approached old mutual to claim my late dads life insurance policy and the lady that helped me had a very bad attitude. First I had to wait cause she wwnt to tge toilet to which she came back and clearly had no time for me. She was not informative at all. She took my documents and told me I have to wait a whole two weeks until they attend to my claim??? I find that UNACCEPTABLE there has to be another way.
