I am a standard bank customer with a credit card, the bank offered me a 14% discount for the settlement of account which a did pay it in full. Now the bank is still collecting the money also they have put me on credit beuro now that is affecting my credit ability I cant buy anything on credit. I did try solve this issue but no one is willing to assist me
