Loyal Customer for over 10yrs with no help

I applied for a loan in July 2013 and was told my loan has been declined with no valid reason given. I left as i was told i can only apply again in September 2013. I re-applied on the 25th October 2013 only to be told by Marble that my loan has been declined due to ITC.What nonsense is that... I need assistance for my money i have payed for more then 10yrs.
