What is the definition of an emergency? My key broke when trying to open my house doo. Thinking that we have insurance, I made contact with the emergency line, thinking that they would help. I called them at 9:34pm for assitance and they only sent a confirmation sms for the call out at 22:05 advising me that someone would come to our aid at 23:35. We were stuck outside with our kids, a fact that I highlighted to them several times but seemed to fall on deaf ears. I then decided to go private (Florida Locksmith), these guys made it to my place with a replacement key in 25 mins, what excellent service. These insurance companies should be boycotted until they jack up their service, I'm utterly disgusted!!
