I logged a case with scorpion this year against telkom. Perusha Naido was handling my case. I work in a call centre so it hard to get me on my cell, but I told perusha about it that email is a way for me. And always send her email which takes time for her to respond. No feedback was given to me unless I call or email. Once I get her on the fone she will say she could not get hold of me but I did say email are good for me. As the investigation was going telkom will I start paYing them back. They handed me over to kmoodle, when I was still a student and apparently kmoodle ran away with money. Parusha did not find that out, when I called her to find out if she contacted Lindumzi from telkom she told me that she can't get hold of him but every time I call Lindumzi he would pick up coz it is his direct line. He is the one that told me kmoodle has shut down and I told parusha about it. I sent all proof of payment to both parusha and Lindumzi. Parusha has not got back to me. I then got a call from another lawyer who said she was handling my case. She told me that telkom would respond the following week, even today it still the following week.
