ATM loans declined

Hi, I submitted a query about Absa granting me ATM loan which I settle withing 30 days as per arrangement, then when I apply the following month it declines for no reason. When i query with brach customer service they tell me that they are not sure why I've been declined. Last month after I complain about this issue it got sorted & now I'm back to square one.
