I took out Insurance with 24 hour Mobility under the assumption that I'm taking out insurance with MTN. On the 3rd of October I reported my phone lost and on the 7th I submitted all the required documents. I was told that the phone I had was no longer available as it has been discontinued, they gave me an option between the Samsung S3 and S4 mini.
I chose the S3 and was told to make the access payment which I did of R700 and tell them which MTN store I will be able to go pick up the phone which I did. When I went to go pick up the phone at MTN, most of the stores to my surprise didn't work with 24 hours mobility (Hatfield, Bronkhorstspruit, and Brooklyn).
From the 7th to today I've been trying to collect the phone without any luck. I had finalised everything with the company representative that I was going to replace my lost BlackBerry Bold 9900 with a Samsung S3, I have already bought accessories for the S3 only to get an email on the 24th that they will give me a Blackberry (they found stock) they are telling me this after I have already bought S3 accessories for the phone that we agreed on. I had made it clear that I no longer WANT the Blackberry but the S3 as we had agreed.
