Good day,

I am not winning in getting FNB legal dep for my personal loan, I don't understand how my account was handed over while under debt review. Can someone please tell me, why was the account handed over as the payments were made as per agreed amount. I am not happy at all with this and now, I cant get anyone from FNB to respond, can this be attended and feedback to given to this which is me.
