Standard Bank
Revolving-credit-account error. They cant fix it

I'm an Prestige-banker and got an Revolving credit account that I use from time to time and is always payed up by and debit order.

For some season I its saying "You have insufficient funds in this account to make the requested payments"
but I only used 20% of what is available in that account...

So I called the call center on the 19th of Oct 2013 and explained the issue to Tarren who was suppose to help me that day, she said it will be up in 48 hours. But up to now the 28th of Oct 2013 still no word from Standard bank.

So I called the call center again and spent 35min on the phone with Mashego and his team leader Ashley Rangasamy and they cant tel me whats wrong with this account...

I am in the process of moving everything to FNB where for a change the call center doesn't sounds like an municipality. They actually got a good call center wanting to help you even with an positive attitude and proper English speaking skills.

I've been with Standard bank for 15 years, I should have moved a long time ago with all the service I got from Standard bank!!!
