Great attitude and good customer service

This serves to complement Madibuseng Mtaung, a client service agent who assisted me at mi-way call center this morning, her attitude was wonderful.

When i made the call i was very angry but she changed that with her wonderful attitude. Those are the kind of people you need in a customer service environment.
