I was robbed at their ATM of R1000!!

The morning of 11/10/2013 my husband and I went to draw money at the River Walk ATM at approx 6.15. We are pensioners. The ATM card did not go in easily, there was no Security guard around so someone wanted to help us. My husband told him to go away! The machines did not work properly. The card was taken by the machine. We decided to rather leave. I tried to phone the nr 0800 020 800 when I got back but it was not "open" yet. So much for an emergency number. This was still befor 7 o clock the monring. This can be watched on their cameras. I went to the bank that day at 9 o clock. To report my card. The lady told me R1000 was drawn from my account at SPAR ATM in 3 Rivers! I realised what happend. This is a lot of money for us. The FrRaud div phoned me and requested me to give proof of my phone call Realy? I phoned from a landline not having any proof of calls. We are both pensioners and my husbands been banking with them for the past 40years! Needless to say I am very dissapointed in their loyal customer service. I want my money back!! I have full signing arrangments on my husbands account.
