I went to standard bank Saturday the 30/11/2013 understanding its month end had to wait in a line for 2 and a half hours to end up 1st in the line to hear the consultant Annita tell me she cant release my funds it needs to be logged in the system which she never done and by doing that she reversed the amount out and in my account still charging me a flippen reversal fee for something i never done, then told me to come back Monday the 02/12/2013. on Monday i got there i stood in a line for 2 hours to get to the teller and she told me i still cant draw my money and will reverse the fee they charged me back into my account which they never done, then referred me to enquires where i had to wait another 30Min's to be helped, got to enquires to find out the teller from Saturday (Annita) has never logged my query onto the system and the teller that helped me on on the 02/12/2013 to me and told me it was logged, the lady at esquires was kind enough to send me to the Manager. The manager Martin helped me and released my funds but sent me back to the teller, got to the teller (Rukaiya) and before she could issue my money to me she made me wait another 20Min's to get it authorised.
