I'M TYPING THIS EMAIL WITH MY MIDDLE FINGER.
21.10.13 I WENT TO THE AUTO PLUS TO INCREASE MY OVERDRAFT. THE MACHINE WAS FAULTY AND IT SWALLOWED MY CARD. FEW HOURS LATER I WENT TO A DIFFERENT BANK TO REQUEST FOR A NEW CARD. I WENT AGAIN TO AN AUTOPLUS MACHINE AT 21:40PM, MY CARD GOT SWALLOWED AGAIN... TWO HOURS LATER I WENT TO CHECK IF MAYBE IT SPITTED IT OUT AND THE MACHINE WAS STILL "PROCESSING''...2 HOURS LATER.

THESES CARDS ARE NOT FREE. I PAY FOR THEM BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKES. SO NOW I HAVE TO MAKE A NEW CARD AND PAY FOR IT AGAIN.
WHY IS YOUR MACHINE SWALLOWING MY CARDS.
