Bad service

My account had unauthorised debit last month and went to capitec to reverse the money which they did and then i asked them if they can block the company from debiting the account, i was told that it is impossible on their site, the only thing i can do is to call the company and ask them to stop the debit, the women also said that if they debit again the money will be irreversible, i asked if they can change my account number she then again said its impossible because i have a loan with capitec, i couldn't risk my money being debited again so changed banks...

Better be safe than sorry...
