False Info, Poor Service

I was advised upon application of loan that I would recieve an sms confirm that my loan is approved, the money will reflect in my account. I recived the sms 2 days ago and funds are still not reflecting in my account. I contacted the call centre and was then advised that it takes 3 weeks to havce funds transfered. I find it hard to belive that in this day and age it takes almost a month to transfer to a acc especially after all the processing of documentatiomn has taken place. The call center agent was also very rude, didnt give me her name or contact number. I would like to have funds in my accpount as soon as possible
