First had a problem switching was a nightmare thereafter I applied for a smart phone beginning of October application was successful got ref number terms and conditions was explained etc then called in the week to confirm delivery just to find out the device has been cancelled without my permission etc I was so upset then i was sent around from pillar to post nobody could explain to me why it has been cancelled etc however certain people could see the phone on the system and the rest said it was cancelled spoke to about 5 different agents in three different departments and finally got hold of a team leader I was then told to reapply which I was approved for again however still nobody got back to me I am so disgusted in the service I received form the day I switched that I will never advice anyone to switch I'm so sorry I switched in the first place. Your ads are misleading of hassle free switching etc is there anybody that can actually assist me or know what they talking about all the team leader said was she has to investigate and get back to as she doesn't know why device was cancelled not good enough!!! I have all the agents names written down I spoke to including the teamleade
