Great service received from a great consultant

Yesterday I reported the fact that my vehicles windscreen had been cracked due to a stone that shop up from a truck I was travelling behind.
The Auto & General consultant, Mirriam Mamabolo, that assisted me was friendly and very helpful from start to finish. She explained everything in detail and there was never a question for me to ask as it was covered by Mirriam.
Within a few hours I received a call from Glassfit that informed me that I can come and have the new windscreen fitted.
The glue on the widscreen was not even dry when I received a follow up call from Mirriam to confirm whether I had been contacted by Glassfit and whether I am satisfied with the service I received from Glasfit.

Mirriam you have exceeded all my wildest expectation. Well done, you are a real asset to Auto & General.
