Debit order taken twice

My home loan was in arrears of about R1200 and they called me for an arrangement. We agreed that they will take the money in three months increasing my monthly installment to R4200.00. When i got paid then then deducted the normal installment of R3800.00 and the arranged amount of R4200.00. I went to their branch thinking they will refund me immediately only to be told that i will have to wait 7 working days for a refund not taking into account that i still need to pay some of my debts. They have inconvinieced me and now i still have to wait for them to refund me. My question is how am i suppose to survive in the meantime. I am stressed and suffering because of them. These is very unfair.
