Break In at private residance - AMANDA VAN VUUREN

We had our first break in to our home in the whole of the 32 years we have lived here. I called Jamin first who upon asking are we all ok, phoned the police straight away. From there on wards he exactly explained what must be done by ourselves, filled the necessary forms out, followed each quote up and kept us up to date with what and when next. He took me to the police station and filled out the form regarding the necessary items that were as, specially myself was in a state of shock that took a few days to die down. He called for the assessor who was very helpful. Not realizing how badly i under ensured the house contents we were in trouble regarding claims sent to the insurance, as they could not pay out the amount claimed. Jamin, together with the lady assessor went through all the ins and outs necessary to fight for at least a reasonable payout amount. Extremely happy to report that the amount due to us, changed quiet a bit and we are awaiting the payout of the claim, after he secured the necessary forms with my signature on etc. Every bit of detail went smoothly, even before we could think of something that still needed attention, he was already on top of everything.
