Claim Repudiated

We were involved in a car accident on 14 Dec, after more than a month Yogan Govender took absolute pleasure in telling me that they were not going to 'entertain' my claim (because of tyre wear). For a whole month my husband and I felt like we were being investigated and that they were looking for any excuse to repudiate my claim. They even asked for a copy of my son's ID, who had nothing to do with the accident. I wouldnt recommend Virgin Insurance to anyone.
