No interest in customer service

Premium was quoted well over R1000 than competitor, Nabeel was very arrogant and did not try and convince me why outsurance was better but rather bad mouth the competitors. No R400 to beat what I am currently paying as well??? this is false advertising. premiums are very expensive and they have terrible staff!! great to see how the competition treats their clients in comparison to outsurance
