Outsurance
Not sticking to promise

Outsurance is rather quick to say that they will beat your current premiums, or pay you R400.

So i decided to put them to the test, i was completely upfront what i currently pay and the perks / bennifits i currently have with my current insurance (car hire, excess buster etc)

Firstly Outsurance do not have an excess buster, so in all honesty you cant really compair, none the less i carried on to see. Suprise suprise they are more expensive by a few hundred rand.

The Call Centre agent though polite still tried to convince me that i would be better off with outsurance. So pay more and get less... Makes sense in a backwards world.

Despite mentioning the R400.00 the agent brushed it off.

Not hard up for the money, just being false advertising, i believe OUTsurance should be brought to task.
