I am so disappointed in the services i got from FNB call centre today, i did an incorrect transfer on my cell phone and i wanted assistance in reversing it, i was put thru to cell phone and online banking, 3 times, transferred from one to the other and nobody could aissit, this was really frustration, eventually i spoken to a SHAN/SHANE IN cellphone banking who told me it cannot be done unless i went to the branch. This is NOT the kind of service i expect from FNB, its really frustrating and disaapointing
