REFUSAL OF WITHDRAWING FROM MY 32 DAY ACCOUNT

I am in desperate need of money as my sister who is not working is getting married. I just came from a branch of which i was todl that my reason is not good enough to withdraw MY [URL Removed] from a bread winners point of view, i feel that my please was underestimated. We were not given enough time to prepared ourselves as a family hence i need to withdraw from my account. So should the people that are coming to pay the lobola for my sister eat bread because i am being refused to withdraw my money from my account? I have had this accoutn for some time and i never had to bring in any prrof of payment to get my money, i have rather been charged a penalty fee before therefore i feel that this is not fair and i am willing to do whatever it takes to get my money
