I recently had the experience of our car being damaged by our helper who was driving. She was interviewed by Emma who as incredibly helpful in calming nerves and getting an accurate account. Both Emma and Mpho went the extra mile when I was trying to establish the best way forward in terms of the car repairs etc. Supplying all the info promptly and explaining everything succinctly.
