Excellent service regarding my claim

When dealing with my claim, Mpho Nohlanhla Tshabangu was extremely efficient, friendly, funny, and informative. She called me when she said she would, she emailed me when she said she would, and when I left a message for her - she called me back. One evening she was still working after 6pm and still took the time to call me after I had left a message for her earlier in the day. She was patient in explaining the calculations to a query I had regarding my claim. Even though she had had a busy day and it was so late, she was as friendly and helpful as always. I have honestly never had such excellent customer service come my way. What a pleasure!! Thank you so much Mpho.
