Absolutely Brilliant Service!!!

I went into Standard Bank Westville to close my long-standing Prestige account due to years of pathetic service especially from the Pavilion and Westwood branches. I was taken to Shireen, and within 5 minutes she changed my mind completely. Shireen has given me consistently fantastic service and I am so impressed over the last few weeks that I would not change my bank at all. She has gone out of her way to cater to our individual requirements and I cannot express my gratitude to her for going far beyond the call of duty. Well done Shireen!!! You are an asset :)
