Claim they cant find a call

19 August 2013 phoned them to ask for a quote on insurance for motorbike i bought for my son. I asked i wanted to insure it against and understood that they can not insure me for my son being the driver as he is 16 and the bike is a 150cc. I made it clear i just want insurance against, claimed they can not help me, REALLY?!!! was very upset as i have been a client for many years. During the course of the same day i was called back by them to say that the Underwriting department can put something together for me, i was elated as i really did not want to go somewhere else. Outa sight outa mind, hence they have not come back to me with the quote and the bike 2 months old gets out for schools parking lot. I phoned them very upset because they should have come back to me. Now they claim they have no record of phoning me back, are you calling me a!!! i had people in my office when they called me back. At Wit's end, but cancelling my current insurance with them today! Shame for R13 000 you have lost a customer that has supported you for so many years, my R825 per month currently is obviously not needed!
