I would like to complement Hashium He handled a bad situation greatly. I bought a motor bike and went to collect on Saturday 04-04-2013. I phoned outsurance from the shop to insure my new motor bike. They could not insure it as they don't have this make on the system, so they can't insure me till there backend people can load the bike. This made me very angry as I have been waiting many months of saving to get this new bike and now I can't get it yet. Being angry I threatened and spoke loudly all the normal angry stuff and he handled it well. Never getting cross back tried numerous methods of capturing the bike but could not then kept explaining that there was nothing more that He could do. I may not have a solution yet but I thought I should complement this man for the way he treated me.
