Fauire to pay claims

Outsurance promises people that they will pay you R400 if they quote you less than your current insurance. I called outsurance and they quoted me more than my current insurance. Then I called them to claim and they never payed anything. I think outsurance is scamming the public.

If they can't pay a R400 claim who's to say that if you insure with them they will actually pay in your time of need. How do you trust such a company to insure your asset?
