ATM deposits

I put R3700 in an envelope deposit ATM and was informed by SMS that the amount was R200 short 4 days later! Now, bearing in mind that I worked for a bank in the UK for 17 years and have been paying in to Standard bank ATM's various amounts ranging from R30000 to R50 for the last ten years -without ever making a mistake!! I have heard nothing back from them since this incident took place despite reporting it twice (Ref nos 55263839 and 55427787). If this money isn't refunded - with interest by the end of the week, my account is going elsewhere!!
