SHOCKING SERVICE CAR CLAIM AFTER ACCIDENT

26 Sep-13 @ 6.50am a guy skipped a stop street and crashed into my car. Claim was lodged immediately and car was towed in. They arranged for an Avis car. Between my husband and me we have phoned every day to follow up on my claim and every day there is something else that they don't have or waiting for. Everyday, I remind Discovery that the clock is ticking, parts need to be ordered and I only have my Avis car for 30 days but they dont factor in that Discovery has wasted 7 of the 30days. Today - day 7: claim is still not approved and nobody has given me any feedback whatsover throughout the ordeal unless I phone. All phone calls were made by us, they didn't even have my number. Discovery Insure is not effective and wasting time and therefore also costing me money for a rental car. Today's story: the amount in damages is too high so another day has to be wasted for approval and no-one is prepared to commit to any kind or time frame. This is not how you treat loyal customers that have been through a lot of trauma from an accident and desperately needs transport. I would appreciate it if someone can start taking responsibility and start providing customer service.
