Shocking service for a Premium Plus account holde

Good day, my husband is a Premium Plus account holder and has not gotten ANY of the premium services he was promised. His account is deducted the usual PP acct premiums monthly and yet he has had no joy in getting hold of his banker to discuss an issue. He emailed his premium banker he was in touch with and she's moved to another branch; when he tries to call he is put through to the CALL CENTRE. We went to the branch on Saturday, was told he needed an appointment (??) to see someone or else come back during the week; the lady subsequently took down his details and PROMISED his premium consultants would call him back the same day on Saturday. We are STILL WAITING!!!

Now explain something: he pays monthly for a premium account, he's had no joy with the new person. He has no contact with the new person who took over from the other one. Nobody bothers to call him back. Why on earth is he paying Premium Plus account fees if he's treated like an entry level account holder??

Standard Bank clearly does not know how to satisfy a customer. How utterly, utterly disgusting!
