Mi Way Bad Service

I am sick of Bad Service!!
I am trying for the last 2 days to get Mi Way to cancel my contract. The first time there was no one to help me and now all the people that can help me lines are busy and the lady said they have a 72 hr wait before they phone back.
So that means i have to wait 3 days to get an response.
