Impressed with service after my card was clones

I received an OTP from Nedbank via text on Friday when I wasn't transacting, so I called them immediately. Someone had cloned my card and made R35K worth of purchases. I identified which were not mine and they immediately blocked the card. In the end, none of the transactions went through.

To top it off, I needed a new card urgently as it is my business card. It was delivered to my branch today and I have been able to use it.

Very impressed with their service. They have saved me so much stress. Thank you Nedbank!
