Extremely detailed explanations of all options

To tell the truth, I actually contacted Angie-Lee to cancel my policy after I thought I'd got a better insurance policy with another institution. Angie was extremely helpful, asked all the right questions and as a result of the extremely detailed explanation of all the options available to me catering for my individual needs, I ended up with a premium inferior to what was offered by the other institution. At no time did I feel "harassed" as one does when being told about different products over the phone, and not once did she try to convince me to take additional cover if I didn't feel I needed it. Instead, she gave her personal opinion and reminded me that I could add or change any details at any given time. Shortly after our conversation, she sent me a detailed breakdown of all the scenarios my current policy covers. Together with this breakdown, I got a personal message recalling what we'd discussed over the phone, thus not just an automated email. I was extremely impressed with her service - the best I've had in a very very long time from any service provider. Thank you Angie, I truly appreciate the efforts made to accommodate me.
