Ive ben waiting for my refund for 3 weeks

After i deposited money into my investo account, i asked for a refund and they told me to call my financial adver John Venter from ABSA Mokopane. Who was told they only need proofnof payment which i sent in. Wen i called Momemt to ask about my request or if o need to fax in any documents they said no, since well they had done a security check over the phone its enough. Today i call in coz ive been waiting for 3 weeks they told me i beed to send documents or my request wont be processed. Nobody bothered to tell ne all that in the past 3 weeks, its only today that i called them n they told me that my documents are still pending. They keeping asking me for prooof of residence while i sent them a reciept from the body corporate. I think they just dont wanna give me my money. Why they dont hire people with proper qualifications it beats me, instead of sluggisg people who only have grade10.
