Private banking made worse than platinum banking

I recently decided to upgrade my cheque acc into private acc due to change in finacial circumstances, however it has been a night marish encounter due to bad treatment i have been receiving from the the so called private banker assigned to assist me.

He doesnt call and the status of my acc is hanging in the balance, who does he think he is the guy earns part of the bank charges levied to us by fnb if this matter is not sorted i will lodge a complaint with the banking omsbud im a South i deserve to open a bank acc as long as i meet the criteria set by the bank.
