Sa Taxi Finance
No service and Bad Attitude

I needed to cancel my insurance on Quantum. I phoned SA Taxi on Friday and they advised me that the brokers should Liaise with each other. We then received the documentation from new broker to sent to old insurer. I then received a number to phone CTU 0112741300 from SA Taxi Finance, then phoned CTU and spoke to Asenath, they advised that because full amount is being debited from SA Taxi Finance cancellation should be done through SA Taxi finance. After making 4 calls and no success, later on spoke to Zebenzi she was very rude including droping the phone in my ear as she wanted me to go through the same above process once again. Not listening what I went through to cancel the insurance. She never even gave me a chance to talk. I was very upset and phone her manager, Esmerelda. She advised me that they will listen to the recording and come back to me. this was on Monday 30/09/2013 and till today no response. I am very upset my insurance is still not cancelled and still no help from SA Taxi Finance
