No call from call centre

Three days ago, Marilyn promised to call me, an existing client that religiously pays premiums, so as to buy a new insurance contract, update regular details and address. Up to now, my phone is still silent and the car remaind uninsured. Should anything happen to that car, they will have to ask their very competent Marilyn.

I guess it's time to start shopping and leave these jokers alone.
