A bunch of liars

I phoned Wesbank in August to let them know I am on Maternity leave. So they told me they will make a note on the system. Then I received an sms saying I need to contact a lady Rehana with regards to my account so I phoned her and she was away from her desk so I spoke to a different lady whom told me she will let Rehana know I phoned and they will put on the system I am on Maternity leave. Now I got a call from the collections agent threatening me they will take my car away if I don't pay R4800 immediately. Where will I get this kind of money as I am still on Maternity leave. I have told them I will pay as much as I can with my UIF money I have paid every month between R1200 - R2000 on my car. Why would they tell me they have made a note on the system but still threatening me to take my car away? So please tell me how will I fix this if I don't have money to pay them immediately as I am only returning to work on the 18th of November? I have asked my mom to send an email as I was still going to hospital to visit my baby in NICU who was born 2 months to early for no reason. Now I am even more traumatized by all the things happening and getting threatened.
