Harassing me constantly

Almost daily, I get harassing phone calls and sms's from these peple. I have tried to phone their number, and it always says number not in use. I have seen every website with complaints about these people and I am getting tired of it. They harass me about an TV licence account apparently being in arrears, which is not possible as I paid for the year in Nov 2013 and I have proof. Today I got really angry as I got 4 sms's, on both my numbers, (heavens knows how they have both) and countless phone calls. With the 3rd last phone call, I nicely asked the man to stop phoning me as I know I owe nothing. A lady called me a while later and told me the same story about my TV licence and I told her to leave me alone. The man then phoned back and when I told him I have read all about them on the internet and how many people are complaining about this, he got incredibly rude with me and said "Well, lady, go pay your TV licence, just go, just go! Go pay and I'll leave you alone." I put the phone down as I will not be spoken to like that. 2 minutes later, I get an sms on each phone saying I must pay "arrears". I have a clean credit record and will not tolerate them threatening it! SORT IT OUT
