I have tried to make a payment arrangement regarding my CreditCard due to a temporary situation as explained to them after they phoned me and was given a very bad attitude of sorry sir please pay urgently and your problem is not our problem???
Didn't even avoid my situation and ABSA take a 'DONT CARE ATTITUDE' towards clients and is not acceptable towards clients.
